- Knowledge of the M365 environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in the Microsoft Azure cloud
- Experience with CRM tools, Workflow systems and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Communication skills and the ability to maintain constant contact with clients
- Knowledge of backup systems
- Understand the general concepts of cloud technology
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries quickly and effectively
- Competencies in technical support and customer service
